Election Division Updates
State Canvassing Board
The State Canvassing Board will meet on July 4th at 1:00 PM via WebEx to certify the results of the 2020 Primary Election.

Business Services Division Updates
Effective April 1, 2020, Business Services will no longer accept internal forms with a revision date prior to 2020. All filings received must only be submitted via Online Services or by paper form as prescribed by the Office of the Secretary of State.
All biennial corporate reports with a due date of April 15, 2020 will be automatically granted an extension to follow suit with the federal tax extension granted to July 15, 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
