TITLE: BUSINESS FILING SYSTEM REPLACEMENT

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals and establish a contract with the Office of the Secretary of State (SOS, Procuring Agency, or Agency) through competitive negotiations for a system integrator. The integrator will plan and implement the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Notary, Business Entity, Trademarks, Apostille, Facsimile Signatures, Athlete Agents, and Service of Process modules of the SOS Enterprise Platform software to meet new business requirements. This project will replace the Agency’s current Business Filing System (BFS).

ISSUANCE: The Request for Proposals will be issued on January 14, 2022. Firms interested in obtaining a copy may access and download the document from the Internet on at the following address:

PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TIME: Proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager no later than 3/1/2022 at 3:00 pm MST.
