Candidate Information

Candidates electing to run for offices covered by the Campaign Reporting Act must begin filing campaign reports when they raise or expend $1,000 or more for a non-statewide race; or raise or spend $2,500 or more for a statewide race or at the time they file a declaration of candidacy, whichever occurs earlier.
